Joint mobilization

Joint mobilization is a method of enhancing the frequency of discharge from mechano-receptors, thereby diminishing the intensity of many types of pain. It helps to restore joint motion including mitigation capsular restrictions and breaking adhesions, distracting impacted tissue and providing movement and lubrication for normal articular cartilage.

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy is used for muscle rehabilitation, maintaining and increasing range of motion, management of post traumatic and post surgical acute pain and chronic pain. It helps for relaxation of muscle spasms, prevention and retardation of disuse atrophy



Dry Needling

Dry needling is also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling. It involves the use of solid filiform needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome. It also targets connective tissue, neural and muscular ailments. It helps in treating skeletal muscle and connective tissue dysfunction, minimize peripheral nociception and improve or regulate structural or functional damage.

Myofascial release

Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture or inflammation. It is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.



Cupping therapy

Cupping therapy is a treatment in which therapist puts special cups on patients skin to create suction. It is useful in treatment of pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being.




Kinesiotapping

It is an acrylic adhesive stripe also known as therapeutic tape used for correcting the alignment of weak muscles as well as facilitating joint motion as a result of tapes recoiling quality. It helps to increase blood flow and lymphatic fluid circulation which reduces pain.
